Formación

• AAS Degree with Automation emphasis preferred.
• Must be willing to enroll and complete established on-site or off-site training when offered.
• 3-5 years of experience in controls, electrical, or maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and follow work instructions and control plans.
• Maintain an organized, clean work environment and support safety initiatives.
• Troubleshoot PLC ladder logic, hardware, and networking.
• Work with motors, drives, and robotics; basic programming and I/O.
• Assist engineers with line upgrades and installations.
• Understand PPE, lockouts, and e-stops; ensure safe operations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve priorities and goals.
