Controls Maintenance Technician

Location: Speedway, IN, United States | Req: 21592 | Shift: 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

What you will enjoy doing

1. Direct maintenance support of the assigned product line, actively participating in the production process.
2. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for mechanical systems to ensure reliability and performance.
3. Provide hands-on technical support to production and maintenance teams in resolving mechanical issues and process-related challenges.
4. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address mechanical failures and reduce production downtime.
5. Train and mentor production and maintenance personnel on mechanical processes, safe work practices, and proper equipment operation.

What Makes You Great

1. High School diploma / GED required.
2. 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial process environment.
3. Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment, demonstrating good judgment in methods and solutions.
4. Extensive hands-on troubleshooting and installation experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems (vacuum and plasma coating systems preferred).
5. Experience with Allen Bradley systems and basic ladder logic troubleshooting and programming (preferred).
6. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
