Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in building controls service and/or installation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Proficiency navigating Windows-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Continued mastery of core skills: work safely with PPE and tools, maintain organized workflow, develop troubleshooting skills, understand basic point-to-point.
• Participate in job planning activities.
• Adhere to standards, policies, and procedures.
• Attend project meetings from kickoff to closeout.
• Communicate with project management and installation staff.
• Work overtime, out-of-town, and overnight shifts as needed by controls management.
• Maintain and document asset condition and usage per company policy.
• Mentor and train helpers or apprentices.
