Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks an organized Electrical Projects Coordinator to support installation teams and manage project progress.

You will coordinate meetings with contractors during pre-installation, configure systems per specifications via specialized software, and troubleshoot lighting components to ensure on-time project delivery. Reading electrical plans and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Technical College program completion in a related field of study
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to Read and Understand Electrical Plans
• Excellent organizational skills and effective communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage workload to meet project deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as interact effectively with others
• Ability to Adapt ‘on-the-fly’ to unexpected changes on projects with a positive attitude
• Low-voltage Control and Network Communication Systems Experience
• Experience preferred in Lighting
• Enthusiastic attitude toward Lighting
• Willingness to travel – training class trips 2-3 times per year for up to 4 days
• 1-2 years’ experience in the Electrical Industry or Industrial Distribution
• 1-2 years’ experience in a related customer service position
• Solid knowledge of lamps, ballast and fixtures
• Associates or Bachelors’ degree in Business, Construction, Distribution or a related field
