Job summary

Jobtailor in Missouri is seeking a systems configuration and field support specialist to work with contractors during pre-installation, configure systems via specialized software, and troubleshoot lighting components.

You will coordinate training sessions for end-users, handle warranty/service calls, and manage site reporting with project managers. An associate degree and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required, with experience reading electrical plans.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Technical College program completion in a related field of study.
• Software Experience – Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to Read and Understand Electrical Plans
• Excellent organizational skills and effective communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage workload to meet project deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as interact effectively with others
• Ability to Adapt ‘on-the-fly’ to unexpected changes on projects with a positive attitude
• Low-voltage Control and Network Communication Systems Experience
• Experience preferred in Lighting
• Enthusiastic attitude toward Lighting
