Dematic seeks a Manager, Controls Engineering to lead the Solutions & Delivery Optimization Controls team, driving strategy, standardization, and development of automation controls across our global organization. This role focuses on building modular, scalable solutions and leading a team of experienced engineers.

You will partner with Product Management, R&D, and Systems Engineering to advance control platforms and deployment processes, ensuring high-quality customer delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in controls engineering and automation.
• Experience leading engineering teams in technical management.
• Experience with PLC/SCADA and Siemens platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing controls engineering team.
• Execute the controls strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Drive standardization and commercialization of platforms.
• Collaborate with global engineering to align architecture.
• Evaluate and adopt new automation technologies.
