Graham Personnel Services is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to advance industrial automation projects across various sectors. You will focus on PLC/HMI and motion control, collaborating with mechanical and electrical teams to deliver integrated automation systems.

Responsibilities include on-site installation, commissioning, data logging, and development of technical manuals. A BS in engineering or CS with 5+ years of related experience is required; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, or computer engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in PLC/HMI and motion applications; associate degree with 7+ years considered.
• Experience programming Allen Bradley, Siemens PLCs and HMIs; motion control experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop higher level programming for database interfacing, data logging, and recipe selection.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to deliver integrated automation systems.
• Create control system documentation including I/O lists and layouts.
• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and support of control systems.
• Travel up to 25% for equipment installation and customer support.
• Document changes and modifications throughout project lifecycle.
