Essenti Talent is seeking a Controls Engineer for a World Class Manufacturer near Oneida, NY. The role offers a salary range of 100k–130k with comprehensive benefits and 30% travel for installation and commissioning at multiple local facilities.

Candidates should have an AAS or BS in Engineering with 5+ years of experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and familiarity with NEC and machine safety standards. US work eligibility is required.

Formación

• Design and develop machine control systems using AutoCAD, selecting VFDs, motors, filters, protection devices, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Program, modify, and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs and ladder logic; Siemens controls support.
• Lead installation, integration, and commissioning of new equipment with travel (~30%).
• Provide hands-on electrical and controls troubleshooting for maintenance teams.
