Job summary

ProMach, a leading packaging solutions provider, is seeking a Controls Engineer to join Rennco in Homer, MI. You will design and test control systems, develop PLC/HMI programs, and create complete design packages with BOMs and drawings using AutoCAD and related tools.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Travel to project sites may be required. Join a growing team with broad engineering responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in the field or related area.
• Experience with RA RsLogix 500/5000
• Experience with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electric for electrical schematics and control panel layouts.

Responsibilities

• Commission, download, test and debug controls systems on packaging equipment.
• Create full design packages including BOM, detail drawings, assembly drawings and layouts.
• Check and validate final design documentation and parts lists for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop PLC, HMI and Motion Control programs for assigned projects.
• Provide technical support to service and customers in the field as needed.
• Travel for projects may be required.
