Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in control systems design, programming, and commissioning
• Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming using Siemens and/or Rockwell platforms
• Strong understanding of industrial Ethernet communication protocols
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical for control panel layouts and wiring diagrams
• Ability to work with ERP systems and Microsoft Office products
• Willingness to work flexible and irregular hours as project needs dictate

Responsibilities

• Independently design and develop PLC and HMI programs
• Create and validate control logic, alarms, interlocks, and sequences of operation
• Design and configure control networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP)
• Update electrical schematics and interconnect diagrams in AutoCAD Electrical
• Create and revise EBOMs in the ERP system
• Collaborate with panel shops on panel designs and quotes
• Lead FAT and support SAT activities
• Provide on-site commissioning support as needed
• Troubleshoot fielded systems and guide field service engineers
• Maintain project documentation and revision control
• Contribute to programming standards and reusable code templates
• Participate in cross-department reviews to ensure alignment
• Support efficient use of company resources and customer satisfaction
• Uphold company values and foster a collaborative environment
