Sealed Air seeks an Automation Engineer to design, commission, and optimize industrial control systems across global plants. You will work on PLC/SCADA, high-voltage equipment, and safety-compliant automation while partnering with R&D, procurement, and operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Electrical/Controls/Automation and 3–5 years’ experience in process control, with hands-on expertise in Rockwell/Siemens platforms, Ignition, EPLAN, and motor control. Relocation support is available.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, or Automation Engineering; 3–5 years in industrial process control from design to commissioning.
Strong knowledge of PLC platforms (Rockwell/Siemens) and HMI/SCADA (Ignition).
Experience with VFDs, motor control, and power distribution; knowledge of NEC and safety methods.

Responsabilidades

Lead electrical and controls scope from design through commissioning and production handoff.
Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems on Rockwell, Siemens, and other platforms.
Create electrical schematics, I/O lists, panel layouts using EPLAN or DraftSight.
Perform FAT/SAT, controls checkouts, and acceptance testing for control systems.
Provide global troubleshooting support and safety/compliance alignment.
