Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction or Engineering Technology, or 7+ years HVAC experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC and Building Automation Systems.
• Experience with drafting/design programs (CAD) and Windows OS.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to travel to construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Design building controls using direct digital controls for diverse building types.
• Review contract documents and prepare installation, submittal, and as‑built drawings.
• Develop advanced sequences of operations meeting project requirements and transition to service.
• Support cost estimates and assist BAS technicians with wiring, programming, and startup.
