Responsibilities include troubleshooting, commissioning, upgrades, and performance monitoring, with travel up to 50-70%. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and reliable delivery in a centralized support setting.

Qualifications

• Six years of controls engineering experience.
• Experience performing control system troubleshooting, logic analysis, system modifications, and commissioning activities in live plant environments.
• Experience with control system architecture, including HMIs, historians, field instrumentation integration, and industrial networking.
• Strong hands-on experience with one or more major control system platforms (Siemens TXP/T3000, GE Mark, Emerson Ovation, Rockwell, ABB).

Responsibilities

• Technical Execution: Hands-on control system engineering across multiple facilities.
• Operational Support: Provide controls support in field environments with minimal supervision.
• Project Execution: Plan and execute outage and upgrade activities, including scope definition and commissioning.
• Deployment & Mobility: Support multiple sites, including mobilization for outages and urgent needs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Align with site teams, vendors, and engineering groups.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions and resolve issues.
• Vendor Coordination: Review proposals and coordinate scope with vendors.
• Quality & Delivery Oversight: Ensure adherence to technical requirements and safety.
• Change & Scope Management: Manage scope changes with contractual alignment.
• Risk Identification: Identify risks to performance and delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and improve practices.
• Performance & Reporting: Track labor, schedule and deliverables.
