Job summary

Novozen Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Controls Engineer for on-site roles in our industrial plant projects. You will design and specify instrumentation packages, I/O lists, and schematics to support construction, commissioning, and startup activities.

You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and offshore teams, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operation of process systems and packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• Instrumentation and controls design experience in process plants.
• Instrument selection, specification, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of PLC/SCADA, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley control systems, and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop instrumentation, controls, and electrical engineering packages for industrial/process plants.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, construction teams, and offshore engineering teams.
• Prepare instrument datasheets, I/O lists, instrument lists, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Support construction, commissioning, startup, and electrical startup activities.
• Lead instrumentation/control design and troubleshooting for process and packaging equipment.

Required Skills

• Instrumentation & Controls Design Engineering experience in process/industrial plants.
• Instrument selection, specification, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• PLC/SCADA, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley control systems, and industrial networks.
• Experience with MCCs, VFDs, LV electrical distribution, and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of NEC, UL 508A, NFPA 70E, and CAT 3 machine safety.
• Experience with Fisher Valves, Micro Motion, Rosemount, and Endress+Hauser is preferred.
• Commissioning/validation and electrical startup experience is a plus.

Qualification

• Degree/qualification in Instrumentation, Controls, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong process plant engineering and onsite project experience.
