CyberCoders, Inc. seeks a Controls Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial automation, process controls, and fluid processing systems.

The role requires PLC programming, HMI development, electrical design, instrumentation, and startup/commissioning activities in food & beverage, dairy, sanitary processing, or water treatment environments. The ideal candidate will read P&IDs, troubleshoot electrical systems, and support project management and commissioning efforts in a manufacturing

Qualifications

Experience with PLC programming and HMI development across industrial environments.
Knowledge of industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet).
Strong electrical troubleshooting and instrumentation skills; able to read P&IDs.

Responsibilities

Lead design and commissioning of control systems in fluid processing environments.
Develop and modify control panels, motor controls, VFDs, and power distribution.
Document technical specifications and support startup/commissioning activities.

Seeking a Controls Engineer with strong experience in industrial automation, process controls, and fluid processing systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in PLC programming, HMI development, electrical design, instrumentation, and startup/commissioning activities. Experience within fluid process industries such as food & beverage, dairy, sanitary processing, water treatment, or similar manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley PLC5, SLC, Logix; Ignition a plus)
HMI development experience (FactoryTalk View, Wonderware, Ignition)
Knowledge of industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet)
Low-voltage electrical design and AutoCAD drafting experience
Strong electrical troubleshooting and instrumentation skills
Experience with control panels, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, and power distribution
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs
Strong technical communication and documentation skills
Experience in fluid process industries such as food & beverage, dairy, sanitary processing, water treatment, or similar environments
