Jobot is seeking an experienced Permanent Controls Engineer to join our engineering team within a leading multinational food and beverage company. The role focuses on designing and implementing advanced control systems for clients, with emphasis on PLC/HMI programming and modern automation technologies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in controls, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in control systems engineering.
• PLC or HMI programming experience.
• Proficiency working with industrial communication networks such as ControlNet, DeviceNet.
• Familiarity with SCADA platforms such as Wonderware or Ignition.
• Strong understanding of automation and control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of safety and performance standards.
• Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in control systems and automation technology.
