Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Controls Engineer to join our Ware, MA team. You will design and implement control systems for manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, productivity, and quality. Youll work with robotics, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics, and program PLCs and SCADA for process monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Controls Engineer in manufacturing.
  • Experience with PLCs and SCADA systems.
  • Hands-on with robotics, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics.
  • Strong electrical engineering and automation knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Team player with ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  4. Hands‑on experience with robotics, conveyor systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  5. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and industrial automation.
  6. Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex control systems.
  7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical personnel.
  8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  9. Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
