Jobot is seeking a dynamic Controls Engineer to join our team in De Pere, Wisconsin. This permanent role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing automation systems to improve operational efficiency.

You will work with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs, create advanced ladder logic, develop HMIs, and build SCADA interfaces, ensuring seamless system integration and reliable performance across diverse projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in controls engineering.
  • Proven experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, Siemens PLCs, ladder logic, and HMI programming.
  • In-depth knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial control processes.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex control systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Controls Engineer to join our team.
