Job summary

ATS Industrial Automation, located in Lewis Center, OH, is seeking an Intermediate Controls Design Engineer II - Hardware to design and commission world-class automation solutions. Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in mechanical, electrical, systems, or computer engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical controls design, robotics, and automation.
• Strong PLC, robotics control systems, and wiring skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical and pneumatic schematics based on customer and project requirements.
• Create complete electrical schematics including power distribution, motor control, safety, PLC/robot I/O, and panel layouts.
• Debug and commission electrical/pneumatic systems at our facility and at customer sites.
