Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong close and GL responsibilities.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, financial reporting, reconciliations and internal controls.
• Experience managing accounting across multiple entities, business units, or locations.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems; Acumatica is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with finance and operations leadership on priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, schedules, and financial statements.
• Oversee accounting across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and distribution teams to resolve issues and improve visibility.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen processes and reporting.
• Work with finance leadership on ongoing priorities.
