CV Resources partnered with a well-established, family-owned company seeking a Controller to join its leadership team in the Bay Area, CA. This full-time, salary position reports to the CFO with a pay range of $115,000 to $140,000.

• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate numbers into strategy.

• Experience partnering with operations to improve performance and drive insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance, Accounting, and Operational Data programs to support goals.
• Lead and manage all accounting functions and direct reports.
• Develop and oversee financial reporting, including sales and operations data.
• Improve internal controls, processes, and ERP utilization.
• Mentor administrative functions and support budgeting and annual planning.
• Partner with management to provide financial insights and drive performance.
