Jobot seeks a highly experienced Controller (CPA preferred) to oversee accounting operations for a growing real estate investment platform based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will manage cash, investor funding, and multi-entity reporting with a strong emphasis on internal controls.

Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year
Our client is a growing real estate investment platform focused on acquiring, managing, and structuring investments across multiple real estate and private investment vehicles. The firm operates across several entities including investment funds, brokerage activity, and a family-office style platform supporting capital deployment and investor relationships.
Due to continued growth, the organization is seeking an in-house Controller (CPA preferred) to oversee accounting operations, cash management, and investor funding administration across the platform. This is a highly trusted role responsible for ensuring financial clarity and strong internal controls as capital flows through multiple entities and investment structures.
The Controller will work closely with leadership and the administrative team to maintain accurate reporting, manage cash activity, and support investor funding processes. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable managing complex multi-entity structures, and able to bring organization and structure to a growing platform.
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex
Work Model: Hybrid
The Controller will oversee day-to-day accounting operations including banking activity, disbursements, reconciliations, and monthly reporting across multiple entities. This role will also support investor capital activity, ensuring that funds are properly received, documented, allocated, and tracked.
Maintaining a clear audit trail and consistent reporting structure will be critical to the success of this role.
