CFS in Atlanta is seeking a Controller to drive a company-wide NetSuite transformation and to work closely with executive leadership during an exciting acquisition and growth phase. This role offers significant visibility with senior leadership and a clear path toward CFO-level responsibilities.

You will oversee international operations, manage multi-entity reporting, and lead a modernized finance function within a profitable, expanding organization with U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Controller or senior accounting leader.
• Deep NetSuite expertise including admin, reporting, and optimization.
• Proven track record in consolidations and multi-entity reporting.
• Experience leading financial transformation initiatives.
• Strategic and hands-on leadership in a fast-growing, international setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite optimization, reporting improvements, and process enhancements.
• Oversee international consolidations and multi-entity reporting.
• Drive timely monthly closes and deliver actionable insights.
• Modernize chart of accounts and improve financial systems.
• Partner with leadership on acquisition plans and integration.
• Mentor accounting team and scale the finance function.
