Job summary

CFS in Atlanta is seeking a Controller to drive a company-wide NetSuite transformation and to work closely with executive leadership during an exciting acquisition and growth phase. This role offers significant visibility with senior leadership and a clear path toward CFO-level responsibilities.

You will oversee international operations, manage multi-entity reporting, and lead a modernized finance function within a profitable, expanding organization with U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Controller or senior accounting leader.
• Deep NetSuite expertise including admin, reporting, and optimization.
• Proven track record in consolidations and multi-entity reporting.
• Experience leading financial transformation initiatives.
• Strategic and hands-on leadership in a fast-growing, international setting.

• Lead NetSuite optimization, reporting enhancements, system cleanup, and process improvements as the organization's Controller.
• Oversee international consolidations and financial reporting across multiple global entities.
• Drive timely monthly close processes and deliver accurate, actionable financial insights.
• Modernize the chart of accounts, improve financial systems, and strengthen data integrity.
• Partner with leadership on acquisition planning, integration efforts, and long-term growth initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience serving as a Controller or senior accounting leader within multinational organizations.
• Deep hands-on NetSuite expertise, including system administration, reporting, optimization, and process design.

• Strong background in consolidations, multi-entity reporting, and international accounting operations.
• Ability to operate as both a strategic and hands-on Controller in a fast-growing environment.
