Job summary

PCI Group seeks a seasoned Controller to oversee all accounting, reporting, and financial systems, partnering with the CFO, Operations, IT, and ownership to strengthen processes and controls. The role leads day-to-day accounting operations for a five-person team and owns the NetSuite platform.

This role is part of a finance succession plan and is expected to grow into the Chief Financial Officer position, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in Controller or similar senior role.
• CPA strongly preferred; MBA a plus.
• NetSuite experience and external audit exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting activities (A/R, A/P, GL, payroll, close, reporting) in line with US GAAP.
• Lead procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing for production materials.
• Administer NetSuite and integrations; drive automation with proper controls.
• Lead annual budget, forecasts, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Forecast cash flow and manage working capital and banking relations.
• Coordinate external audit and tax compliance with advisors.
• Develop cost models and profitability analysis for pricing decisions.
• Lead and coach the finance team; support succession planning.
• Present results and recommendations to CFO and leadership.
