Job summary

Leddy Group, an ESOP Company and regional staffing firm serving northern New England since 1994, seeks a hands-on Controller in New Hampshire to strengthen the close process and improve reporting across four entities. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in accounting with project-based experience in multi-entity environments, and familiarity with Sage Intacct and BuildOps.

This is a full-time, direct-hire role with a salary of $90K-$120K per year DOE.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
7+ years in accounting with real ownership of a close in a multi-entity environment.
Project-based accounting experience in construction, specialty contracting, industrial services, or manufacturing.
Ability to remain effective through system changes, shifting priorities, and evolving customer requirements.
Sage Intacct experience is a real plus.

Responsibilities

Own the monthly close and consolidation across four entities.
Ensure job cost integrity and margin analysis across all projects.
Perform intercompany accounting between companies, which subcontract work to one another.
Prepare financial reporting.
Manage internal controls, Sage Intacct administration, and the accounting side of BuildOps.
Perform additional tasks as required.
