American Pest is seeking a Controller to own the numbers and guide financial operations. In this role you will lead the accounting team, manage day-to-day accounting, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

You'll work with the VP of Finance to close periods, strengthen controls, and build scalable accounting practices. This is a senior role with growth opportunity and impact on the business.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• At least 5 years of accrual accounting experience; audits and internal controls a plus.
• CPA preferred; strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience leading audits and establishing internal controls.
• Ability to build scalable accounting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month/quarter/year-end close.
• Lead general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, cash management, payroll accounting, fixed assets.
• Prepare and review financial statements; strengthen internal controls and GAAP practices.
• Collaborate with VP of Finance to scale processes as the business grows.
