Campus is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead its accounting function from New York City. You will manage the team, own close, audits, and controls, and drive a migration from QuickBooks to Campfire as the company scales.

You will partner with CFO and leadership to deliver timely, accurate financials and robust regulatory reporting. The role requires CPA and 12+ years in high-growth environments, with deep US GAAP knowledge and proven leadership.

Qualificações

• CPA and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance are required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, incl. high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, revenue recognition, and stock-based compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close with five-business-day target.
• Deliver complete US GAAP financial statements and schedules.
• Lead audits and establish internal controls across cash, revenue, payroll, and systems.
• Oversee tuition-related accounting, deferred revenue, and student-finance activity.
• Manage migration from QuickBooks to Campfire and scale processes.
