• 10+ years of accounting experience with 2+ years as a Controller.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations.
• Proven ERP/system migration experience (NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics).
• Background supporting growth, transformation, or PE-backed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close across multi-entity operations.
• Drive ERP implementation and accounting process improvements.
• Oversee AP, cash management, and core accounting functions.
• Manage and develop onshore/offshore accounting team.
• Establish and enhance internal controls, policies, and reporting.
