CFS in South Bend, IN is seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee daily operations, month-end close, budgeting, and financial planning. This on-site role offers a stable, long-term path with opportunities to advance toward Controller or Director of Finance.

You will supervise staff, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive process improvements using QuickBooks, NetSuite or SAP, and advanced Excel. A Bachelor's in accounting/finance is required, with 5+ years of progressive accounting

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development
