Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Fishers, IN seeks a Controller to lead the accounting function onsite. You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, manage budgeting and cash flow, and partner with leadership to drive financial strategy.

The role requires 7+ years of progressive experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, and a CPA preferred. You will mentor accounting staff and ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.
