Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

• Experience as controller/assistant controller.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of accounting, including payroll, tax compliance and financial reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and cost accounting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Advise on capital investments, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures.
• Mentor accounting staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
