Job summary

The Wencor Group LLC is seeking a Controller to manage the company’s accounting operations, monthly close, and financial reporting. You will communicate results to management and coordinate with corporate finance to deliver accurate analyses.

Responsibilities include maintaining internal controls (SOX), budgeting, forecasting, ERP integrity, and developing accounting staff while ensuring timely, compliant financial information for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field with five years of related experience.
• Experience managing month-end close, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close monthly financials with schedules and supporting documents.
• Provide analysis and reports to management on financial data and metrics.
• Maintain internal controls and documentation (SOX).
• Develop and supervise accounting staff and budgets.
• Ensure cash flow, payables, receivables controls.
