Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA certification required.
• Five or more years of hands-on accounting managerial experience.
• Five or more years supervising and developing a team of direct reports.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Accounting & Finance Department for timely financial statements and annual audits/budgets.
• Ensure accurate integration of accounting issues, statements, billing, and disclosures.
• Manage petty cash, expense reports, and cash controls in a timely manner.
• Directly supervise a team of five.
• Oversee quarterly and year-end audits (financial, benefits, retirement).
• Ensure corporate income tax compliance and efficient tax filing.
