Wurth Industry USA is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead timely financial reporting, month‑end close, tax filings, reconciliations, and audit support. The role also oversees accounts payable approvals, variance analysis, and generating actionable financial insights for leadership.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 5+ years in accounting management, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years related experience in Accounting Management.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work with confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee posting of journal entries and month/quarterly/yearly close processes.
• Ensure account reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with reporting requirements including KPIs, P&L, balance sheet, and budgets.
• Prepare and file tax returns and related compliance documentation.
• Support internal and external auditors with required documentation.
• Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights for leadership.
