The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while maintaining internal controls and asset protection. Collaboration with multiple departments and locations is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 3 years accounting experience.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong listening, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Division Controller with the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and filings in compliance with GAAP principles and Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Complete budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis processes and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Administer internal controls and audits of policies and procedures to preserve assets.
• Report on results of operations and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Interact with marketing, operations, sales, maintenance, safety and administration.
• Assist in administering daily accounting functions at various operating locations.
• Participate in training and other opportunities to expand knowledge and support company vision.
