Job summary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, close process, and financial reporting
• Build and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls from the ground up
• Partner with the CFO on financial strategy, reporting, and operational decision‑making
• Assist in developing scalable processes to support a high‑growth, membership‑based business model
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives
• Evaluate and optimize ERP and financial systems (current platform in place)
• Play a key role in building out the accounting/finance team over time

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience in membership‑based, subscription, or recurring revenue environment is a plus
• CPA preferred
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
