Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

A well‑known and highly successful Technology business is looking to recruit a Controller to join their exciting and dynamic team. The Controller position will report into the CFO as they look to expand their finance function into the next chapter of their growth.

The Controller will work very closely with the CFO, CEO, and key stakeholders to drive the expansion of the business. This is a varied and broad role, which will have definitive career progression opportunities in the future. You will lead in financial operations, accounting, reporting, developing financial processes to provide solutions, overseeing best financial business practices to mitigate risk and oversee tax operations and ensuring compliance. Due to the broad nature of this role, there may also be ad hoc strategic projects working with the CFO and CEO alike. You will manage a team in this role too.

The business is looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast‑growing environment and can effectively adapt to situations as it becomes necessary. Including strong skills in stakeholder management and leadership ability. This person needs to be an effective communicator and be highly driven to succeed.
