  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal polish in interactions with high-net-worth individuals and sophisticated stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables and lookup functions.
  • Genuine connection to mission-driven work and the drive to excel in a high-performance environment.
  • Preferred investment accounting experience given the $1 billion portfolio; strong financial services background welcomed.
  • Familiarity with specialized financial platforms used in investment or foundation management contexts.

  • Manage investment accounting across an approximate $1 billion portfolio — ensuring accurate recording, reporting, and reconciliation of investment activity.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor two direct reports — a high-performing team that expects strong leadership and professional engagement.
  • Interface regularly with high-net-worth individuals and sophisticated external stakeholders — executive presence and polished communication are essential.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial reporting in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Support audit processes, regulatory filings, and other compliance requirements appropriate to the organization's structure.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on financial strategy, reporting, and organizational priorities.
