Job summary

The Controller role at CFS in Southington, CT offers leadership over all accounting operations, including month-end close and financial reporting. You will present monthly, quarterly and annual statements to senior leadership and ensure SOX-compliant controls are in place.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred, 5+ years leading an accounting team in manufacturing, and proven SOX experience.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus.
• Manufacturing industry experience required with 5+ years of accounting leadership.
• Experience with SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close.
• Produce and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Develop KPIs and strengthen internal controls to ensure SOX compliance.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
