Job summary

Ledgent Finance & Accounting in Shakopee, MN seeks a strategic Controller to lead Finance and oversee multiple operational departments. Qualifications

• BA/BSc degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance leadership experience.
• Manufacturing experience with ownership of the month-end close process.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Cost accounting/job costing background highly preferred.
