Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
Lead core accounting functions including billing, receivables, payables, general ledger, and revenue accounting
Own the monthly close process and deliver accurate, timely financial statements
Maintain strong internal controls and data integrity across all financial activity
Planning & Financial Strategy
Drive annual budgeting and forecasting activities; analyze results and explain variances
Support leadership with short- and long-range financial planning and performance insights
Develop financial initiatives that support operational and growth objectives
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements
Oversee tax filings and required government reporting
Coordinate audit activities and regulatory submissions
Lead, coach, and develop an accounting team
Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
