Job summary

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Controller is responsible for supervising all staff in the Accounting and Reimbursement Departments. This position also has the ultimate responsibility to ensure that all Accounting Policy Guides are being followed and that all financial related reporting deadlines are met. The Controller is responsible for the coordination of annual external audit and all internal audit inquiries. The Controller will review and refinement of systems to ensure that proper accounting controls exist, while also ensuring that discrepancies are worked timely and that payment calculators are accurate. The Controller oversees the preparation of net revenue, cost accounting and other reimbursement related reports as requested, and is also responsible for overseeing the annual budget preparation and the monthly closing process. The Controller will also assist the CFO on special projects as required.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors Degree required; Post graduate degree preferred
• CPA preferred
• Accounting experience in a healthcare setting or industry is highly preferred
