On-Site Position
Headquartered in Douglas County, Nebraska, we are a family-owned real estate company that invests in, develops, and manages apartment and build-to-rent communities across the US. As long-term owners, we make decisions with a twenty-year view rather than a quarterly one, and our in-house property management team oversees our Nebraska portfolio. We are growing, and our Controller works directly with our principals to lead the accounting function that supports that growth.
