Qualifications

• Own accounting activities for the school’s Business Office.
• Collaborate with departments, board members, and families on financial matters.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliant processes.

We are currently partnered up with a school in Manhattan who is looking to hire a Controller to join their Business Office team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well tenured team and collaborate with different departments, board members, and families of the school while owning the accounting.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of accounting experience, preferably within the non-profit and or education space. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar is required. They are currently using QuickBooks software so experience with that system is ideal. They are offering a competitive salary with strong benefits.
