Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Property Accounting Supervisor in New York to lead the property accounting department and collaborate with property managers. You will mentor property accountants, transition new properties into workflow, and ensure budgets are reasonable while maintaining accurate work papers and generating financial analyses.

Applicants should have a BS in accounting, 5+ years of comparable real estate experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Yardi; CPA or MBA is preferred.
