Job summary

Synergy Search is seeking a seasoned Controller to own the full controllership function for a growing, PE-backed healthcare equipment services company. The role offers real autonomy and will drive the ERP implementation from day one, with a hybrid schedule of 2–3 days in the office.

You will lead the monthly close, oversee AP/AR, manage external audits, and partner with executives as a hands-on leader while building a six-person team.

Qualifications

• Seasoned controller with strong US GAAP background.
• Experience leading ERP evaluation and implementation.
• Experience in fast-paced, private equity-owned growth environments.
