Catalyst OrthoScience | Naples, Florida
Help shape the financial foundation of a growing orthopedic medical device company.
Catalyst OrthoScience is a growing, private equity-backed orthopedic medical device company with approximately 52 employees. We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team and help strengthen the financial foundation that supports our continued growth.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on financial leader who enjoys building strong processes, creating financial discipline, and partnering with leadership to help a growing organization scale successfully.
As Controller, you will have broad responsibility for Catalyst's accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, audit activities, and key external financial relationships. You will lead a lean accounting function with one direct report responsible for accounts payable and payroll, while working closely with senior leadership and having meaningful visibility into the decisions that drive the business.
If you have experience in medical devices, particularly orthopedics, you will bring valuable perspective to our organization and industry. Just as important, we are looking for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution, someone who can see the bigger financial picture while still being willing to roll up their sleeves.
At Catalyst OrthoScience, we are focused on improving shoulder surgery through innovation. We move quickly, expect accountability, and believe strong collaboration across functions is essential to our success. Your work will be visible, your expertise will matter, and you will have the opportunity to directly influence how we grow.
Our culture is grounded in Surgeon & Patient Focus, Innovation, People in Action, Integrity Always, Clear & Courageous Communication, and Excellence in Execution.
