HRB in Central Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Controller to lead core accounting operations and support strategic financial planning in a hands-on capacity.

The role emphasizes month-end/year-end close, budgeting/forecasting, FP&A, payroll accuracy, internal controls, and collaboration with manufacturing operations to drive performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including controllership or similar leadership responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to or experience with asset-based lending (ABL) highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
