Consulting Controller As a Greensboro-based consulting firm focused on mid-tier businesses, our mission is simple: Strengthen American Business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILTIES

• Monitor and/or perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, and recording of accounts receivables and accounts payable.
• Prepare journal entries such as loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, sales tax, payroll taxes, and 401(k).
• Monitor and/or prepare monthly financial statements and all supporting documents.
• Credit card management and reconciliation.
• Work in conjunction with our in-house Consulting Controllers and CFO’s.

OTHER DUTIES And RESPONSIBILTIES

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior hands-on accounting experience.
• Administrative duties completed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
